واقع التنمر بين نزلاء مراكز الإصلاح والتأهيل الذكور في فلسطين: تحليل إحصائي جنائي

يهدف هذا البحث، بتوظيف المنهج الإحصائي الجنائي التطبيقي، إلى تقدير حجم ظاهرة التنمر لدى نزلاء مراكز الإصلاح والتأهيل في فلسطين، واختبار دلالة الفروق في نسب انتشارها وفق متغيرات اجتماعية وديموغرافية، وتصنيف الفئات التفاعلية السائدة (المتنمرين، الضحايا، والمزدوجين). طبقت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية قوامها 340 نزيلاً موزعين على أربعة مراكز، باستخدام مقياسين لقياس سلوك التنمر والتعرض للضحية.
أظهرت النتائج التوزيع النسبي التالي: المتنمرون 13.5%، الضحايا 10.2%، الفئة المزدوجة 37.8%، والمحايدون 38.5%. كما كشفت عن وجود فروق دالة؛ إذ ارتفعت نسب الظاهرة بين النزلاء ذوي الإقامة الأقل من عام، وغير العازبين، ومن هم في أول محكومية لهم، والمحكومين. وتباينت الفئات وفقاً للمهنة السابقة؛ حيث كان المتنمرون أكثر بين أصحاب الأعمال الحرة، بينما ارتفع معدل الضحايا بين الموظفين، وسجلت الفئة ضحايا-متنمرون أعلى نسبها بين العازبين، وأول مرة في المركز، وأصحاب الحرف الصناعية، والمحكومين.
أما أنماط السلوك فكانت: الإهمال هو الأكثر ممارسة من قبل المتنمرين، في حين كان نشر الإشاعات أكثر ما يتعرض له الضحايا. وبالنسبة للفئة المزدوجة، فكان التنابز بالألقاب أبرز سلوك تمارسه، بينما كان نشر الإشاعات أكثر ما تقع ضحية له. تعكس هذه النتائج انتشاراً واسعاً للأنماط غير المباشرة، وتؤكد حاجة السياسات الإصلاحية إلى تدخلات وقائية تراعي هذه الخصائص الديموغرافية والتفاعلية.
